Centre for Wellbeing

Speak to the Centre for Wellbeing for any personal, emotional or psychological issues that you may have. If you are currently receiving support elsewhere we recommend getting in touch before you arrive so that we can arrange the best support for you at Surrey.

Disability and Neurodiversity

Speak to one of our advisers to get help with arranging any necessary adjustments to your time at the University, including accommodation, coursework and exams.

Get in touch to access one-to-one support with a dedicated student success adviser. We recommend just saying hello at the start of your course so that we can keep in touch.

IT Services

Explore the IT Services hub if you need support with accessing your IT account, any of the Office365 software or connecting to wifi on campus.

If needed visit the Library for on campus IT support from a member of the team (during Welcome Week 10am to 2pm Monday to Friday. During semester 10am to 2pm Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays).

Our Residential Life team are here to help you make the most out of your time in University accommodation. Our team are here for you, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This includes all weekends, bank holidays and during university closures.
