Twyford Court

Students walking around Twyford Court accommodation

Twyford Court can be found in a slightly quieter spot on campus, but you are still no more than a few minutes from everything that is going on at the University.

What to expect

You will be sharing with either four or seven other students in one flat.

You can find Twyford Court on Google Maps.

Location and transport

You can walk to Tesco in about 15-minutes via a shared pedestrian and cycle pathway. Surrey Sports Park is located on our Manor Park campus, which is about a 20-minute walk from the Stag Hill campus.

You can also ride the designated University bus routes (1 and 2) from Stag Hill to both Tesco and Manor Park.

The journey takes about seven minutes and buses run up to every 10 minutes through the University campuses on weekdays and every 15–20 minutes on Saturdays and Sundays. The night bus operates six nights per week, Monday to Saturday.

You can either take the 20-minute walk or take any of the University bus routes which stop at the Friary Bus Station in town.

Twyford Court has its own bus stop, making journeys into town even easier.

You are located right next to The Hideout – one of our coffee shops on campus. You are also just on the west edge of campus, so one of the closest courts on Stag Hill to Tesco and Surrey Sports Park.

You can also find services and facilities such as a convenience store, a laundrette, the University GP and Centre for Wellbeing, other cafes and restaurants, and our Students’ Union bar and nightclub within a few minutes’ walk.
