Anyone over the age of 18 in the UK can get a Covid-19 vaccination. This includes students who are arriving from abroad who have had a partial vaccination dose or no dose at all.

Set up a bank account
You can set up a bank account by visiting or booking an appointment with a local bank branch. Try to do this as soon as possible, as a lot of students will be opening their accounts during the first few weeks of term.

When you arrive at Surrey we recommend that you register with a local doctor. The University works closely with the NHS to ensure that there is support and advice available to help you register with a GP when you arrive for your course.
