If you have applied

If you have applied for University accommodation you will receive a confirmation email within four hours of confirming your application.

Room allocation

Eligible students who have applied for accommodation will receive an allocation email. 

You will need to accept your University accommodation offer and sign your contract in order to move into your room. See our allocation policy for full terms and conditions.

If you are a disabled student and you have specific accommodation requirements, please contact the Disability and Neuroinclusion team. They will consider your needs and make recommendations to the Accommodation team so that you can be offered suitable accommodation.

Conditions of residence

If you accept an offer for accommodation with the University, you are also agreeing to the conditions of residence. These include your responsibilities within the residences as well as what level of service you can expect.
